Prices
All prices are in US dollars. Each package page shows the package total, our service fee and the estimated government and institution fees it includes. Government and institution fees change; we confirm current amounts with you before your application is submitted. A consultation costs US$49 for 40 minutes.
How you can pay
- Card. Pay securely on our website through Stripe. Stripe processes your card details; we do not store your card number.
- Bank transfer. Request our bank details through the bank transfer form. Your application is activated after our team confirms that the payment has been received.
- Consultations. Booked and paid through TidyCal, where you see the price and your local time before you confirm.
Requesting a refund
- Email info@termsabroad.com from the address you used to pay, and include your payment or order reference.
- Tell us which package or consultation your request is about.
- Our team reviews the request and replies by email.
Refund eligibility depends on the work already completed and on fees already paid to third parties; we confirm the amount in writing before processing.
How refunds are paid
Card payments are refunded to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank transfers are returned by bank transfer. The time a refund takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
