  We coordinate the patient’s interview appointment. The original package lists US$185 paid directly to the embassy.

• Companion’s embassy appointment

  We coordinate a separate interview appointment for the companion. The original package lists a further US$185 embassy fee.

• Interview preparation for both applicants

  We help the patient and companion prepare for likely questions and explain the purpose of the medical visit clearly.

• Practice interview for patient and companion

  We run a practice interview to help both applicants prepare for the official embassy interview.

• One reapplication without a new service fee

  After an initial refusal, the published package includes one reapplication without a new Terms Abroad service fee. Government fees are payable again (US$185 in the original listing per applicant); confirm current charges and scope with the team.
